“It is hard to describe our experience at St Julien without using too many superlatives or exclamation marks! We were delighted by how helpful Tiphaine, the chateau manager, was. She was available to answer our questions no matter how random they seemed. The place itself was just beautiful, very well maintained inside and out. Our guests had an unforgettable time and felt it was well worth a trip across the atlantic to spend time there. We think we had the best wedding and are so grateful to the Nash and Linda for the chance to stay at their amazing chateau!”

Wedding: Sara and Ian

Sara is australian, Ian half english and half irish, they live in Luxembourg with their two lovely children. They spent one week in the chateau with their families and friends and had a party for their wedding organized by OrgaDiEventi. A lot of emotions and wonderful moments for an elegant and simple atmosphere. Congratulations Sara and Ian!

Sara est australienne, Ian moitié anglais et moitié irlandais, ils vivent au Luxembourg avec leurs deux adorables enfants. Ils ont passé une semaine au chateau en compagnie de leurs familles et de leurs amis, et ont organisé leur mariage aidés en cela par OrgaDiEventi. Beaucoup d’émotions et de merveilleux moments pour une atmosphère à la fois simple et élégante. Toutes nos félicitations Sara et Ian!

Un atelier d’artistes

Du lundi 24 au dimanche 30 mai, le chateau accueille l’atelier de travail organisé par Kangaroo  animé par Anne Makepeace et Heike Gittins.  Le thème de ce workshop est original, il s’agit du tricot! De véritables artistes et passionnées se sont donné rendez-vous dans le havre de paix que leur offre le chateau pour un atelier leur permettant de découvrir des points très spécifiques de leur art. Le chateau est très heureux de les accueillir de nouveau!

Kangaroo organizes the 6th residential knitting workshop in the chateau St Julien from monday 24th to sunday 30th of may. Tutors Anne Makepeace and Heike Gittins. Welcome!

Séminaire sur la photographie de mariage

La grande photographe américaine Elizabeth Messina a choisi le chateau pour organiser un atelier de travail sur la photographie de mariage du 17 au 21 mai.

Collaborent notamment à cet événement Jacqueline TOBIN auteur de “wedding photography unveiled”, Leah Mac Donald, Kim Bamberg, Bliss, End Design, Big Folio, Chewing the Cud, Twigs and Honey.

Pendant 5 jours, les participants vont profiter du cadre et de la sérénité du chateau pour faire des shootings photos quotidiens, tous les jours un point différent de la photographie et du “business” seront développés.
